The primary purpose of the Container Department Manager role is to lead and manage all aspects of container production and management within the organization. This includes overseeing the processes involved in container cleaning, testing, and transfilling to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with global teams to address any issues and optimize container production processes. The Container Department Manager is also responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs to track production performance and ensure targets are met. Furthermore, the role entails managing procurement and inventory of container spare parts to support production needs and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines for chemical handling and storage during container refurbishment and transportation. Overall, the Container Department Manager plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting customer demand.

Your Role

1. Oversee container production processes, including neutralization, cleaning, testing, and transfilling, to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
2. Collaborate with global teams to address any issues and optimize container production processes.
3. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for container production to ensure targets are met.
4. Manage procurement and inventory of container spare parts to support production needs.

       5.Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for chemical handling and storage during container refurbishment and transportation.

Who You Are

        -University degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

        -Minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical development, chemical production, semiconductor production, or process engineering.

        -Above 3 years of management experience

        -Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

        -Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

        -Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives.

        -Proven ability to develop and mentor staff members.

        -Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
