JOB PURPOSE:

- The QC Analyst must supervise and control QC activities to achieve targeted outputs in line with the master production schedule, ensuring that product quality is well controlled.

- The QC Analyst will assist the QC team leaders with budgeting, future investments, and the long-term development of QC.

- They will work closely with team leaders to ensure that QC capabilities align with future product and process development.

Your Role  

12. QC Routine job and management
    • Operate analytical instruments in the lab for IQC, IPQC, OQC, e.g. GC, FT-IR, and ICP-MS.
    • Prepare quality document/procedure/data/report for GC / FT-IR / ICP-MS.
    • Maintain/calibrate QC analyzer, implement 7S activity.
    • Support prepared customer CoA and eCoA.
    • Support the maintenance ISO 9001 quality management system and QA documents.
    • Support the trouble-shooting and miscellaneous projects.
    • Support the internal and external audits.
    • Any business assign from team leader.

12. Scope of People Responsibility
    • Supervising and controlling QC activities to ensure products meet standards and specifications.
    • Assisting in the development and maintenance of QC-related documents, procedures, and reports.
    • Collaborating closely with other departments and teams to ensure timely resolution and improvement of product quality issues.
    • Actively participating in continuous improvement and quality control activities, driving enhancements in QC processes and standards.

Who You Are 

• • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, environmental, material science or related fields.
  • Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • The safety certificate/ license of local regulation is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or Quality.
  • Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in handling specialty/hazardous chemicals and organic solvents is preferred.
  • Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to apply them effectively to real-world problems.
  • Able to create and deliver clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, and to effectively communicate complex ideas and information.
