您的職責

安全合規：
遵守安全規範和操作程序，確保工作環境安全。這包括穿戴個人防護裝備（PPE）、遵守安全指導方針，以及參加安全培訓。

設備操作：
操作並維護生產過程中使用的機械和設備，包括設置機械、監控運行狀況以及排除故障。遵循既定的製造程序和規範，確保安全環境並符合相關法規標準。

品質管控：
生產技術員負責確保產品符合品質標準。他們需要在生產過程的各個階段檢查產品，發現缺陷並確保符合規格。

問題排除：
當設備發生故障或生產出現問題時，生產技術員需要進行問題排查，找出根本原因並實施解決方案以減少停機時間。

維護保養：
執行機械和設備的例行維護工作，確保其處於最佳工作狀態，包括清潔、潤滑以及必要時更換零件。

文件記錄：
維持準確的生產活動記錄，包括設備維護、品質檢查和生產輸出。

團隊合作：
與其他團隊成員（如工程師、品質檢查員和生產主管）密切合作，優化流程並高效解決問題。

您的條件

學歷要求：
工程學、化學或機械相關專業學士學位及以上者優先。

工作經驗：
需具備化學製造工廠相關生產角色的工作經驗（至少3年經驗為佳）。

技術與專業知識：

• 有化學製造背景者優先，特別是熟悉半導體行業標準及品質要求。具備危險化學品處理經驗者更佳。
• 擁有相關證書（如叉車、壓力容器、鍋爐操作等）者優先考慮。
• 高度熱情、創意、自我驅動，具備強烈的成功欲望。
• 具備良好的書面和口頭溝通能力（母語流利），懂英語者為佳。

Your Role

Safety Compliance:

• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety guidelines, and participating in safety training.

Operating Equipment:

• They operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process. This may involve setting up machinery, monitoring its operation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Follow established procedures and protocols for manufacturing processes. This includes following safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory standards.

Quality Control:

• Production technicians are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may inspect products at various stages of the production process to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.

Troubleshooting:

• When equipment malfunctions or production problems occur, production technicians troubleshoot the issues to identify the root cause and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Maintenance:

• They perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. This may involve cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.

Documentation:

• Production technicians maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and production outputs.

Collaboration:

• They often collaborate with other team members, such as engineers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors, to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Who You Are

Education:    

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical preferred.

Working Experience:

• Requires previous experience in a production role experience in Chemical manufacturing plant (min. 3 years as a guide)

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, and especially knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and quality expectations. Experience of hazard chemical handling is a plus.
• Having related certification like forklift, pressure vessel, boiler operation is a plus.
• High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, someone who has a strong desire to succeed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills native language. Knowledge of English
