The Training Mgmt Lead in PMO is responsible for overall training mgmt activities, including technology transfer during project phase and regular site operational training planning, coordination, and execution. Collaboration with functional managers to manage training to ensure validity of necessary certificates that meet the regulatory, occupational requirements can be guaranteed is included as well.  

Your Role 

New Hire Orientation

• General training requirements, such as safety, quality and LS&S can be effectively organized to meet the demand from all functions on site along with the path of the organizational development.
• An effective planning and coordination with stakeholders to organize onboarding support and new hire orientation for the site to ensure high quality of work can be guaranteed.  

Technology Transfer Support

     The Training Mgmt Leader is accountable for Technology Transfer Support and will partner with the site leadership team to achieve:

• The point of contact on site to coordinate training arrangement for project team members to travel abroad with focus on itinerary recommendations.
• This function is mainly valid during project phase. It won’t be required during regular operation.

On Job Training

Accountable for on job training mgmt activities of the site to achieve:

• Centralize and coordinate the training activities for on job training to help managers standardize the training quality and validity. The training program can cover operation related knowledge, but not limited to it. E.g. EHSS, ESG, Digitization, Smart Manufacturing and etc.  
• This role is expected to actively track validity of certificates, which are required per legal or compliance requirements and facilitate training arrangement.

General

• Promote training and learning activities to motivate the team to learn to upskill.  
• Be the ambassador to demonstrate curious mindset and lifelong learning.
• Liaise with external academy for internship arrangement, external hiring support.

Who Yor Are

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Scientific subjects preferred.
• Requires proven professional experience (minimum of 8 years as a guide)
• Working experience in Manufacturing plant is a plus.
• Experiences in project management or L&SS would be preferred.
• Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
• High energy, creative, passionate, and self-motivated, someone who has a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work effectively across the matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both native language and business English.
