Job Description- Warehouse Team Leader

Your Role:

• WH Routine job and management

   Warehouse Management and Planning

  -Space arrangement and optimization

-Operation process Improvement

-Packing process Management

• Inventory Monitoring and Reporting

  - Real-Time Tracking of materials

  - Report Data Analysis

  - Cross function communication skill with the stakeholders

• Supply Chain Coordination and Management

  - Demand Responsiveness

  - Enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Warehouse Staff Management and Training

  - Hiring with the training

  - Skills Development with SOP setup

  - Performance Management

• Warehouse Safety and Risk Management

  - Emergency with Preparedness

  - Continuous Monitoring and improvement on EHS activities

Who You Are:

• • Education: College degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or related fields.
  • Language: fluent listening, speaking, reading, writing in English.
  • The safety certificate/ license of local regulation is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Bonded.
  • Work experience in the chemical or SEMI industry.
  • 2+ years of experience leading people is preferred.
  • Operation experience of handing specialty/hazard chemical and organic solvents
  • Experience with Cross-function project.
  • The experience of Continuous improvement
