POSITION SUMMARY

默克高雄設備廠是默克集團裡專業的半導體設備製造廠。主要產品包括氣體和化學品輸送設備。這些輸送設備通過機械管道和控制裝置運輸危險物質，確保安全且高品質地將危險物質送達客戶的使用點。生產線同仁負責管材的切割和彎曲、去離子洗滌和乾燥管材、焊接、設備組裝、接線和功能測試。安全是首要任務；所有人員必須遵守所有安全規範和工廠行為準則，以確保自己和同事的安全工作環境。

Merck Kaohsiung Equipment Plant is a professional semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility. The main products include gas and chemical delivery equipment. This delivery equipment transports hazardous substances through mechanical piping equipped with control devices, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery to the customer's point of use via the controller. Production line employees are responsible for tube cutting and bending, deionized (DI) washing and drying of tubes, welding, equipment assembly, wiring, and functional testing. Safety is the top priority; personnel must adhere to all safety regulations and factory conduct codes to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

Nature and Scope

焊工/機械組裝技術員向製造主管報告並遵循任務安排。在所有任務中遵守安全標準至關重要，以最小化風險並確保安全的工作環境。工人必須主動識別潛在危險並向主管報告。此外，他們必須配合工作排程，以確保生產過程的順利運行。

The Welder/Mechanical Assembly Technician reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and follows task arrangements. Adhering to safety standards is crucial in all tasks to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Workers must proactively identify potential hazards and report them to the supervisor. Additionally, they must cooperate with work scheduling to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

DIMENSIONS

這個職位將位於台灣高雄，負責每個工作站分配的生產線任務。工作時間為每天8小時，每週5天，單班制。須配合訂單及生產狀況加班。工作會輪調，並視情況支援其他組別。

This role will be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and is responsible for production line tasks assigned to each workstation. The working schedule consists of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, in a single shift. Overtime work is required depending on order volume and production status. Work will rotate, and support will be provided to other groups as needed.

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1. 透過實施有效的電子安全活動結構（ELSAS），實現安全、健康和環境目標，例如可記錄的傷害率Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets, such as the Recordable Injury Rate, by deploying an effective Electronics Safety Activity Structure (ELSAS).

2. 拆包裝：工作範圍，將倉庫投進之物料，核對撿料單明細，以確保數量及物料的準確性。然後再進行拆包裝處理。 Bag Removal: The scope of work involves receiving materials in the warehouse and verifying the details on the picking list to ensure the accuracy of quantities and materials. After this verification, the packaging will be removed for further processing.

3. 切管及彎管作業：人員負責操作切管機和手動彎管機，根據訂單要求，依設計圖精確切割和彎曲管材，確保所有尺寸符合圖面要求。 Tube Cutting and Bending: The personnel are responsible for operating cutting machines and manual tube benders. The scope of work requires precise cutting and bending of tubes according to the design drawings, ensuring that all dimensions meet the specifications outlined in the order.

4. DI 清洗/烘管：人員將使用DI清洗機和真空乾燥箱清洗管材，此過程主要去除可能影響焊接質量的污染物，確保管材潔淨度。 DI Wash and Dry of Tubes: The personnel will utilize the DI washer and vacuum drying oven to clean the tubes. This process primarily removes contaminants that could affect the quality of the weld, ensuring the cleanliness of the tubes.

5. 焊工接管件與元件：焊工根據設計圖進行管件和各種元件的焊接，確保品質符合半導體SEMI檢驗標準。 Welding of Tubes and Components: The welder is responsible for welding tubes and various components according to the design drawings, ensuring compliance with semiconductor SEMI inspection standards.

6. 設備組裝：工作範圍包括將焊接的半成品組裝到背板及設備上。此過程需要精確的機械組裝技能，以確保所有組件正確符合設計圖，並在組裝過程中有效地使用各種工具，確保組裝設備的完整性及性能要求。 Mechanical Assembly: The scope of work includes assembling welded semi-finished products onto the back panel and equipment. This process requires precise mechanical assembly skills to ensure that all components accurately conform to the design drawings. The operator must effectively use various tools during the assembly process to ensure the integrity and performance requirements of the assembled equipment.

Who You Are:

1) 工作經驗: 三年工作經驗，具相關經驗者優先考慮。

Work experience: 3+ years work experience; prior experience is a plus

2) 學歷要求： 高中畢業或以上。

Education: High school diploma or above.

3) 語言： 中文/英文

Language: Chinese, English is preferred
