Working Student Transportation Israel

Your Role:

The primary responsibility of the “Working Student Transportation Israel” is supporting the transportation team to process transportation orders within EMEA, as well as the oversea replenishment. This involves focusing on customer needs, monitoring shipments, coordinating just-in-time deliveries, and handling inbound and outbound shipments. The role requires high communicative and organizational skills to constantly coordinate with warehouses, transport service providers, suppliers and related departments. Routine and smart solving of occurring issues, escalations, project management and high intrinsic motivation are completing the profile.

Who You Are:

• Deep Knowledge in inbound and outbound Transportation
• Import Customs Clearance preferred
• Knowledge on Dangerous Goods handling preferred (IMDG, IATA DRG, ADR and GGVSE)
• Acting as an owner, process oriented and smart
• High communication skills, Experienced in working in complex structures and stress-resistant
• SAP Experience (S4/ERP)
• Language skills: English (business fluent) and Hebrew (native)
• Nationality: Israeli citizens
