Marketing Operations and Technology Specialist
The Marketing Operations and Technology Specialist will be responsible for optimizing internal marketing operations related to product service levels and implementing technologies that enhance customer service. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives, requiring extensive knowledge and experience in business intelligence and big data management.
Your Role
- Operational Support: Improve and maintain internal marketing operations to ensure effective and timely product delivery to customers.
- Technology Implementation: Evaluate and select technological tools that optimize portfolio management and marketing operations, including marketing automation platforms and data analytics. Facilitate the integration of new technologies into existing processes, providing training and support to teams.
- Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign and product performance data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve marketing and portfolio management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices in project and campaign management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies and the portfolio align with market needs and company goals. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss initiative progress and resolve operational issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding marketing operations and technologies. Gather and synthesize their feedback to improve processes and tools.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and customer service impact. Present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Who you Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, Business Administration with a specialization in the mentioned areas, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in marketing operations, with expertise in project management and technology implementation in a commercial environment, including big data management.
- Experience in data technologies (Big Data) such as Tableau, Palantir, Power BI, SFDC, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders (C-Level) inside and outside Latin America.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Conversational English.
