Your Role

As an intern in Document Management and Logistics, you will support the maintenance of the document management system, including records, templates, and tracking of guides and reports. You will assist in monitoring shipments within Lima and other provinces, updating essential documents such as procedures, work instructions, and manuals, and helping manage transportation routes and operational resources. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions for transport operators, process data in SAP (including returns and the handling of damaged or expired products), and support inventory audit activities. You will also contribute to the development and tracking of management indicators (KPIs), and provide support for SAP transfers and the monitoring of operations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiar with document management systems and logistics processes.

• Basic knowledge of SAP and data processing.

• Basic to intermediate English reading and writing skills.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
