As Quality Excellence Manager, you will have a significant impact on the Quality performance of the Integrated Supply Chain Organisation (ISCO).  You will develop and implement programs, processes and tools to establish and drive high quality standards and risk mitigation across ISCO.  This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and execute change management.  You will also lead projects with a focus on data analysis and digital solutions to support complex problem solving, robust investigations, root cause analysis and effective quality improvement plans to drive continuous Quality improvement at all levels of the organisation.

You will lead the Life Science (LS) Data Integrity program to drive best practice sharing across our manufacturing network and deliver improvement opportunities.  You may also provide targeted inspection readiness support ahead of site Regulatory inspections. As Quality Business Partner to the ISCO Head of Engineering and Technology, and their Leadership Team, you will support the development and delivery of the ISCO digital roadmap by providing Quality governance to ensure compliance throughout this digital transformation.

 

Location: *Global Role* Can be seated anywhere - proximity to manufacturing site preferred. 

 

Who you are:

  • Graduate degree (e.g. Pharmacist, Chemist, Microbiologist, Engineer), or equivalent, with extensive knowledge of quality regulations and industry requirements to support a diverse product mix.
  • Experience developing Quality Management Systems, solving complex problems and implementing Quality Improvement Programs preferably in the Life Science sector (approximately 5 years as a guide)
  • Strong understanding and experience in the Quality and Regulatory requirements, including validation, of SMART manufacturing and digital systems, for example LIMS and Electronic Batch Records.
  • Proven experience in project co-ordination, project plan execution and change management both within a team and in a matrix organisation
  • Practical experience of Data Integrity compliance within an Operational environment (approximately 2 years as a guide)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across a matrix structure in a global environment
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual able to work with limited supervision
  • Experience of Palantir, Tableau, PowerBI, AERA and other analytics tools beneficial
  • The ability to travel, including international travel to global Life Science Manufacturing and Distribution sites
