YOUR ROLE:

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our Lab Water Solutions business, ensuring our customers get top-notch service and support. Your main tasks will include installing and commissioning lab water purification systems at various client sites, making sure everything runs perfectly from the start. You’ll also perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems in peak condition, swiftly diagnose and repair any issues, and validate equipment to meet industry standards. Providing exceptional customer support and training will empower clients to maximize their systems. This dynamic role involves travel across Sweden and occasionally to other Nordic countries, bringing fresh challenges every day. You'll also manage work orders and spare parts efficiently, contributing to our operational excellence. There’s plenty of room for growth and a clear career path as you develop your skills with us!

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Strong background in field service, experience with lab equipment is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Digital mindset, eager to embrace our Field Service Digital Transformation journey.
  • Valid driver’s license and fluency in Swedish and English.
