Your Role: The role of HR Generalist & Labor Relations involves managing various aspects related to the administration of personnel within an organization, reporting to the HR Country Head in Spain.  This role includes responsibilities such as Governance HR Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operations of HR administrative processes in close collaboration with our HR Services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing internal governance processes and regal requirements to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Contribute to the overall HR operational efficiency. In the field of Global Mobility, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the activities related to the international mobility of employees (expats & transfer) within the organization. Your role will involve managing logistical aspects necessary for relocating employees and will give support as an HR professional to the Global employees’ collective located in Spain. Regarding Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible of the coordination of the company's compensation, benefits programs and global/local policies. Your role will involve ensuring that the organization's compensation and benefits are aligned with the legal requirements, business objectives and global requirements. Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers related to the Company benefits (ex. Pension Plan, Medical & Life Insurance ..). Within Labor Relations and legal support activities by coordinating with our lawyers. Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and the Chemical Industry Agreement requirements. Collaborating with the Work Councils and advocating for the organization's interests. You are based in Madrid-Spain.
 
Who you are: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field
  • You have proven experience of minimum of 8 years of experience in administration, governance, compensation & benefits, or a related HR function
  • You have a strong understanding of labour relations, employment law, internal policies, and documentation management
  • You possess an excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
  • You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and in matrix organization, and excellent organizational and communication skills
  • You are familiar with handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • You are proficient in English
