Your Role: An outstanding opportunity has become available for a dynamic Medical Advisor to work within our Neurology Team. You will act as Local Medical Affairs therapy area expert; supporting the Local leadership team in the development of the area, you will drive the launching and brand strategies, being a decisive factor to lead the Medical Affairs Tactics. You will put in the effort to Develop Medical materials, review marketing materials and training. You will guarantee scientific and clinical accuracy for a specific product or brand; strengthen KTL scientific interaction plans (national level); oversee, improve and conduct internal training and ensure continuous Medical education of team members and new employees working in the Local team; formally support in the planning and tracking of the medical budget; comply to relevant training and SOPs; sustain GxP knowledge.

Additionally, you will also drive Local therapy area specific clinical studies and serve as a liaison for investigator-sponsored studies, lead/ support Medical studies, assist to coordinate Local clinical projects and contribute to site selection for clinical projects; guide the Local publication process, and align with Local, Regional and Global publication plan; anticipate, interpret and share medical information with partners. Provide training to HCPs and support in realising Medical educational events; Identify and get along with key members of the Medical community and build other relationships with healthcare partners such as access decision-makers, government organizations and patients, in accordance with local regulations.

 

Who you are:

·       You have a University Degree preferably in life sciences (MSc, MD, PhD, PharmD), an advanced degree is helpful

·       You have previous experience in MS-Multiple Sclerosis

·       You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical department

·       You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams with varying levels of medical knowledge

·       You have a high knowledge of interpreting medical information and data for a wide range of audiences.

·       You have experience working with and providing training to internal and external collaborators

·       You are proficient in English
