Your role: As a Public Affairs & Policy Senior Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's public affairs strategy. You will support efforts aimed at improving patient lives in Spain while positioning the organization as a leader in science and technology. Your strategic focus will primarily target national outreach, directly influencing the company's perception among key stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing the external environment, identifying key decision-makers, and fostering strong relationships with critical interest groups. Collaborating with various departments, you will design and implement an Integrated Action Plan that drives public policy initiatives. Your expertise will help enhance the organization's strategic positioning against competitors. You will also monitor regulatory and legislative frameworks to anticipate opportunities and risks. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage high-level relationships will be essential for success in this role. This position reports to the Market Access, Public Affairs & Policy Director.

 

Who you are:

·       You hold a university degree, preferably in health sciences or political science, with postgraduate qualifications valued.

·       You possess at least 4 years of experience in the function of public affairs or institutional relations, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

·       You have a deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and the national and regional political landscape.

·       You communicate fluently in English at an advanced level (C1 or equivalent).

·       You excel in strategic communication and relationship management with key stakeholders.

·       You have strong analytical skills to evaluate complex information and formulate effective recommendations.

·       You demonstrate leadership in managing strategic projects in complex environments.

·       You are results-oriented, with a clear focus on achieving strategic objectives and measuring impacts.
