Your Role: As a leader in sustainability project management, this position involves developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability strategies at the country level while aligning with regional and global initiatives. Developing and implementing DE&I strategies at the country level while coordinating with global initiatives is essential.

Serving as the ambassador for sustainability and DE&I, this position acts as the contact point for all related initiatives. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote these initiatives and communicate success through reports, presentations, and events is required. Staying informed on trends and best practices in sustainability and DE&I, while exploring new opportunities to enhance existing initiatives, is essential.

Sustainability: The role requires designing and executing an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy that reflects the company’s values while identifying opportunities for improvement in environmental, social, and governance practices. Ensuring adherence to all ESG regulations and staying updated on changes in the regulatory landscape is crucial. Metrics and KPIs will be set to assess ESG performance, and reports will be prepared for the country council and stakeholders on the progress of initiatives.

Working with different business units (HC, LS, and EL) is necessary to integrate ESG practices throughout the organization, fostering a culture of sustainability. Additionally, acting as the main contact for ESG matters and representing the company at forums and conferences is important. Promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization is also a key responsibility.

DE&I: Developing and implementing DE&I strategies at the country level while coordinating with global initiatives is essential. Programs that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion will be designed, along with leading volunteer-teams across various sites. Facilitating collaboration among the four communities and establishing a DEI committee to evaluate proposed initiatives is vital. Ensuring DEI activities align with the company’s strategic objectives while working closely with community leaders to integrate their proposals is also part of the role.

Who You Are:

· You have a University degree in areas related to sustainability, human resources, social sciences, or related fields.
· You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sustainability project management and/or DE&I.
