Your role:An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as a Tender Management Specialist. In this role within our WEU Tender Management Team, you will have a special focus on multi-site tenders and the ability to handle tenders from several countries. The successful applicant will manage the complete execution of tenders by identifying relevant tenders, assessing the required information, coordinating the response material from all parties involved, and ensuring that the submission presents the best possible response in terms of completeness and appropriateness.Typical duties include monitoring different sources for new tenders published by any tender authorities or by private customers. You will also be fully responsible for the submission of tenders, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.

This is an unlimited contract based in Madrid, Spain.

Who you are:

• You have an economic, law, or business-oriented University Degree or equivalent work experience in Customer Support, Tender Management, Commercial Operations, or Sales.

• You are fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. Fluent in French or German would be a real asset.

• You are able to collaborate with others in an action-oriented and collaborative environment. You are willing to learn, proactive, and open to working in a multilanguage team with a good degree of autonomy.

• You are highly organized, able to independently prioritize your own work. You have a strong attention to detail, navigate multiple tasks with ease, and are comfortable working with tight deadlines.

• You are an excellent team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. You also excel in using the Office Pack, particularly Excel (advanced level)
