Your role:
As Customer Service Specialist for the Life Science Business Sector, you will be part of a team which provides infinite solutions to solve the toughest problems in life science in collaboration with the global scientific community, with tools, services and digital platforms which empower scientists and engineers at every stage, helping deliver breakthrough therapies more quickly.
In this role, typically available in Milan office, you will support our customer activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support in following-up internal and external customer's requests by providing them necessary information and service with the aim to offer a best in class Customer Service experience.
Who you are:
• High School Diploma or Min BSc in Economic or Scientific Degree
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in team
• Excellent time management
• Full proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory
• Belonging to protected categories according to L. 68/99
