Your Role:

As a member of our dedicated and high-performing multifunctional team, you will play a crucial role in providing patients with an integrated and seamless experience by offering education and follow-up on our various therapies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to optimize patient clinical outcomes. Working closely with nursing colleagues and reimbursement specialists across the country, you will contribute to ensuring adequate national coverage and delivering a cohesive and positive experience. For this contract position the majority of your work will be conducted over the phone, following a varying and flexible schedule covering regular business hours (8am-8pm EST, Monday through Friday shifts (example 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm), with a focus on incoming calls and periodic follow-ups. Additionally, you will have the opportunity for occasional face-to-face meetings with clinics and patients. It will be essential to meticulously document your interactions in a database and consistently adhere to ethical standards and pharmacovigilance rules. Travel up to 5%.

 

Who You Are:

You are a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing, with at least 3 years of experience, able to work autonomously from your home office.  Using your excellent communication and collaboration skills, you thrive on helping patients optimize their outcome. You are a fast learner with excellent time management which enables you to support multiple demanding tasks.

 

Location: Remote work from home covering Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • RPN or RN License in good standing
  • 3+ years clinical nursing experience in field and/or hospital settings 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excels at working remotely independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent time management and priority setting
  • Able to cover urgent calls after hours on a scheduled rotation
  • Flexible and learns quickly
  • Dedicated workspace at home
  • Clean drivers abstract and owns car
  • Able to travel on occasions
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluent in English/French both written and spoken
  • Experience in Multiple Sclerosis
  • Experience in a call center environment

 

INFIRMIERE GESTIONNAIRE DE CAS (Contrat à distance)

 

Votre rôle:

En tant que membre de notre équipe multifonctionnelle dévouée et performante, vous jouerez un rôle crucial pour offrir aux patients une expérience intégrée et fluide en offrant de la formation et un suivi sur nos différentes thérapies. Vos responsabilités comprendront également le soutien et l’entretien des relations avec les professionnels de la santé afin d’optimiser les résultats cliniques des patients. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des collègues infirmiers et des spécialistes du remboursement à travers le pays, vous contribuerez à assurer une couverture nationale adéquate et à offrir une expérience cohérente et positive. Pour ce poste, la majorité de votre travail sera effectué par téléphone, selon un horaire variable et flexible couvrant les heures de bureau normales (de 8 h à 20 h HNE, du lundi au vendredi (par exemple de 8 h à 16 h, de 12 h à 20 h…), en mettant l'accent sur sur les appels entrants et les suivis périodiques. De plus, vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer occasionnellement des cliniques et des patients. Il sera essentiel de documenter méticuleusement vos interactions dans une base de données et de respecter systématiquement les normes éthiques et les règles de pharmacovigilance.  Voyagez jusqu'à 5% du temps.

 

Qui vous êtes:

Vous êtes une infirmière autorisée ou une infirmière auxiliaire autorisée en règle, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience, capable de travailler de manière autonome depuis votre bureau à domicile.  Grâce à vos excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, vous réussissez à aider les patients à optimiser leurs résultats. Vous apprenez vite et possédez une excellente gestion du temps, ce qui vous permet de prendre en charge plusieurs tâches exigeantes.

Lieu : Travail à distance à domicile du lundi au vendredi, par quarts de 8 heures

 

Qualifications minimales:

• License d’Infirmière ou Infirmière Auxiliaire

• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en soins infirmiers cliniques sur le terrain et/ou en milieu hospitalier

 

Qualifications préférées :

• Excelle à travailler à distance de manière indépendante ainsi qu'en équipe

• Excellente gestion du temps et établissement des priorités

• Capable de répondre aux appels urgents en dehors des heures d'ouverture selon une rotation programmée

• Flexible et apprend rapidement

• Espace de travail dédié à la maison

• Bon dossier de conduite et posséder une voiture

• Capable de voyager à l'occasion

• Bonnes compétences en informatique

• La maîtrise de l'anglais/du français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral

• Expérience en sclérose en plaques considéré comme un atout

• Expérience dans un environnement de centre d'appels
