Key responsibilities:
- Providing local guidance and support to leaders directly or through the Global HRBPs to effectively execute all aspects of the people strategy on local level by using AI and data analytics
- Regularly engaging with people managers, develop a deep understanding of their daily businesses, challenges and opportunities (e.g. recruitment strategy adapted to the local market) support day-to-day/operational issues within the organization.
- Support transformation processes especially in the local context
- Talent Management – based on business needs identify local critical roles in the organization, identify key/potential local talents to get them ready for critical roles, plan for succession and career development aligned with the respective global strategy
- Anticipate gaps / future people requirements including learning & development, talent sourcing, performance, and rewards strategies
- Ensure robust pipeline talent development and succession/scenario planning for business-critical positions, with focus on Belonging & Inclusion
- Design and implement operational people measures in the countries, reflecting local labour regulations. Ensure legal compliance on people and HR matters
- Deploying local leadership trainings/mentoring programs for global programs and developing local solutions.
- Support change management adoption and cultural transformation strategies to enable business success
- Conduct employee relations case investigations, including matters reported through the Compliance Hotline whenever applicable.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources/ Human Behaviour; Postgraduate Degree is preferred
- Expert in Human Resources in multinational companies; with multi-country experience is required (over 8 years experience)
- A skilled thought-partner to General Managers & Leadership team
- Highly collaborative individual within the HR team
- Highly driven, solution- oriented individual, who owns the HR space and is exceptional at delivery
