Your role:
The site OE will maintain an overview, understanding of and insight into site performances. He / she will promote a culture of transparency, clearly identify and communicate when problems or potential risks arise, and proactively support the identification for solutions in a results oriented manner. The site OE is responsible for identifying, gaining approval for, and driving strategic advancements within the site and the global strategy. This to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. These initiatives will be formalized in a site roadmap. Completion within timelines, budgets and targets will be ensured. Will promote a Continuous Improvement mindset on site fostering standardization and implementing other lean tools by means of the Global Production and Supply System. The site OE will role model the development of leadership behaviors by: coach the organization, including the site director, leadership team and mid management in an independently bold manner; reinforcing performance dialogues, feedback and gemba cultures as the lean culture in the site; providing trainings based around lean knowledge and mindset in order to develop change agents, management and other site employees; leading the site transformation toward a leaner and more efficient operating model.

- LEAN manufacturing fosued on reducing WIPs in the processes, bottleneck and increaseing yields/OEE/Productivity
