Your role:
Support the daily production activities and implement the needed process corrective and preventive actions, drive and implement the changes that arise from technology roadmaps, production and process needs, inspections,quality concerns.Evaluate with a risk-based approach the strategy to be taken in compliance with Quality, EHS and business needs. Evaluate from a production point of view, the feasibility in terms of production and process for the new products and processes or modification of the processes. Promote, spread and develop values: Courage, Achievement, Responsibility, Transparency, Integrity into an innovative, curious, act as owner environment. Assure the right trainings assignment and most suitable and appropriate growth path to each team member. The main interfaces will be all the MO, Quality and TS employees, as well as other sites and Vendors. Across the whole department, promote the PDCA or plan–do–check–act that is an iteractive design and management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products. Analyze the most impactful (Pareto analysis) production process bad actors to act on them to avoid recurrences. Promote and develop the right-first-time culture. Promote and develop the use of technology including but not limited to MES and OSI-PI use and their game changer attributes. Oversight of the activities of the Administrative Support Team such as Batch Record review, ensuring the application of cGMPs and compliance with deadlines. Support the implementation of the new requirements introduced by Annex 1 of the European GMP and Support the activities of the team and the Production Area, where necessary.

 

Who you are:

  • University student or graduate in Engineering or Scientific disciplines
  • Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level)
  • Interest in the world of pharmaceutical production
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
