Your role:

You will be the quality expert, overseeing validation of equipment and computerized systems. You'll manage quality in pharma, using your statistical and data analysis skills to define KPIs and prepare performance reviews. You'll conduct root cause and risk analyses, supporting site process improvements. Ensuring workplace safety and communicating critical issues promptly is vital. You'll also enhance systems and procedures by analyzing operations. Your passion for digital systems is essential.

Who You Are:

  • Scientific degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry).
  • 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with particular knowledge in QA and CSV.
  • Strong customer orientation with an eye for the company’s interests.
  • Flexibility and a keen pursuit of innovation throughout all processes in the continuous search for sustainable new ideas.
  • Strong desire to develop and grow by taking responsibility and engaging in additional tasks and operations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
