Your role:

As Site Controlling Lead Bari you will manage all areas of financial responsibility, including but not limited to financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, business cases, capital expenditure planning, controlling and compliance for the company’s Healthcare Bari site. You will act as the controlling business partner, be part of the site leadership team and play a pivotal role on supporting business decision making on a wide variety of strategic and operational matters trough fact-based analyses and recommendations. Furthermore, you will drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function by continuously improving and implementing common financial processes and practices across the organization. The position is located in Bari / Italy.

Who you are:

• Master’s degree in a business related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing controlling and first experience as Site Controlling Head
• Strong knowledge on product costing and experience in Biotech
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, comfortable to challenge senior business partners and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives by applying strong communication skills
• Advanced usage of SAP, TM1, MCloud and SAP BI
• Proficient in MS Office (e. g. Excel and Power Point, Power BI Knowledge is a plus)
• Business fluent in English, Italian skills preferred
