Your role:
You will perform and support supplier quality activities for local and global GxP suppliers within scope. Primary responsibility is for suppliers of primary packaging materials and medical devices. Responsibility is for ensuring appropriate quality management is applied in daily operations and that suppliers are complying with requirements, cGMPs and other regulations as applicable. This role also supports related compliance, risk management and process improvement topics. Perform and track supplier qualification for suppliers, including risk analysis, to assure appropriate compliance level and supplier performance. Support/propose improvement plans with suppliers, when necessary. Support/propose improvement plans with suppliers, when necessary. You will negotiate quality requirements with GxP suppliers; write and maintain Quality & Technical Agreements with GxP suppliers, coordinate the administration and assessment of change notifications from GxP suppliers. Perform supplier quality actions required to implement supplier change notifications. Support the resolution of complaints from Merck to GxP suppliers in case of internal deviation or complaint from the market, until the investigation closure. Lead or facilitate the communication with the supplier. Contribute to the quality review for supplier operational and strategic business reviews.
Who You Are:
- Scientific high school diploma or Degree in scientific disciplines will be considered a plus
- Team oriented
- Advanced knowledge of English and Italian
- Previous experience in the same role will be considered a plus
