Your Role: Are you ready to shape the future of Data, Analytics, and AI within the Enabling Functions Data & AI Organization? Our mission is to drive digital transformation across various functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal. In this crucial role, you will lead the design, build, and operation of cloud-native data and analytics solutions using Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS. Your deep understanding of business needs will ensure alignment with IT strategic objectives. As a thought leader in data analytics, you will establish and uphold analytic standards and best practices to streamline our analytics ecosystem, reducing time to insights and action. Engaging actively in both internal and external networks will be essential for knowledge sharing and mentoring colleagues. Who you are:

• University degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data engineering, application design, analytics, and visualization within a global organization.
• Experience with Finance, HR, and/or Procurement data and core business processes.
• Strong technical skills in systems architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Proven technical leadership experience in agile software development, including leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Highly engaged expert with in-depth knowledge in one or more Data & Analytics areas, particularly with tools such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, Spark, Kafka, and Python for distributed computation (preferably PySpark), SQL, R, and REST APIs.
• Experience in AI&ML, NLP/LMM frameworks, Statistics, and Predictive Modelling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
