Your Role:We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, govern, and support SAP OTC solutions that align with business requirements.You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and offer best practice guidance while providing advanced support for technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other enterprise systems.Your responsibilities will include leading the optimization of SAP OTC processes, developing solutions for order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and customer master data management.You will also oversee integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, participate in the full project lifecycle, and provide technical leadership to fellow SAP professionals.Staying updated on SAP innovations, you will recommend enhancements to improve business processes and resolve complex issues related to the OTC module.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with at least 5 years focused on SAP OTC.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI, and CRM modules and strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects and managing complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and industry-specific best practices in the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFC, and SOAP/REST web services.
  • Experience in area of payment card is from advantage

Skills:

  • Experience in SAP ERP architecture, SAP ERP implementations, SAP ERP upgrades and related non-SAP components
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Good knowledge in SAP Security background, IT/OT standards
  • Excellent in usage of Microsoft office applications
  • Self-driven, strong analytical and conceptional skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • Service NOW
  • Experience in SAP architecture diagram tools such as Microsoft Vision, LeanIX is preferable
  • System Architecture Diagrams

  • Automated test from advantage

 

Languages:

  • Excellent and fluent communication in English speaking and writing
