Your Role: As the System Owner for our Clinical Trial Operational Data Repository, you will take charge of implementing, maintaining, and running a cutting-edge cloud warehouse solution utilizing AWS and Snowflake. This role is pivotal in supporting our clinical trial data and analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a crucial part in establishing new internal clinical trial systems, including EDC, CTMS, SSU, and eTMF, which will significantly reduce fragmentation of operational activities. By increasing transparency and enabling real-time access to data, your contributions will help leverage the advantages of GenAI and AI technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in harmonizing data flows from various systems, facilitating effective data-driven decisions across the organization. Additionally, you will enhance our existing Clinical Trial Operational Data Repository by integrating inbound data flows from these new internal systems. Your role will require you to streamline the team operating model, integration architecture, and technical standards within this domain. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with data governance functions, internal and external delivery units, and the program organization for system setup and configuration.


Who You Are:
• You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in data architecture, preferably focusing on clinical trial systems and healthcare data.
• You possess a deep understanding of the clinical systems landscape.
• You have strong technical expertise in AWS, particularly with Snowflake; knowledge of Oracle DBs is a plus.
• You are well-versed in industry data standards.
• You have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, including GXP and other relevant guidelines.
• You exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decision-making.
• You are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
