Your role is to drive business-focused digital product initiatives across the supply chain domain by blending strong supply chain expertise with digital and data fluency, while shaping opportunities involving AI. You will partner with supply chain stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to define priorities and translate needs into scalable solutions. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible business value and operational impact aligned with strategic goals. You will translate business priorities into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans for cross-functional teams. You will act as a bridge between business, supply chain, data, and technology teams to ensure a shared understanding and effective execution. You will contribute to the product roadmap for supply chain digital capabilities, balancing near-term outcomes with longer-term innovation opportunities. You will support the identification, shaping, and delivery of AI-related use cases that improve decision-making, efficiency, visibility, or process performance across supply chain operations. You will work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and integrated into the broader digital landscape. You will monitor product adoption, measure business impact, and collect user feedback to drive continuous improvement. You will support change management and stakeholder engagement to promote adoption of new digital and AI-enabled capabilities. You will thrive in an environment that values collaboration, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in supply chain, digital, or transformation contexts.
• Deep understanding of core supply chain processes (planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management).
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into structured product requirements and delivery plans.
• Strong technical fluency across digital products, data, systems integration, and analytics solutions; familiarity with Snowflake or AWS is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align business and technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional delivery environments; product ownership or agile certification is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics experience and a track record delivering digital innovation in complex enterprise settings.
