Your role: As a Global IT Project Manager for Content Transformation in Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our Content Ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with the Content Transformation business team to enhance processes related to content planning, creation, and regulatory review, ensuring they are efficient and effective. Your expertise will be crucial in defining innovative, AI-powered solutions that maximize business impact across various regions and franchises. You will manage product backlogs, prioritize requests, and act as the Product Owner Proxy for the Content Ecosystem. This role involves overseeing IT projects from start to finish, managing budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. You will lead Sprint planning and engage actively in daily meetings to ensure smooth sprint execution. Your collaboration with both business and tech teams will be essential in aligning solutions with our strategic roadmap. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities and technologies that can enhance customer engagement and drive continuous improvement. This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

 

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in implementing content solutions and supporting omnichannel strategies.
  • You possess strong project management skills, including expertise in agile methodologies, and have experience leading diverse project teams in an international context.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of content management solutions within the healthcare industry, preferably including Veeva Vault PromoMats, and understand integrations with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA and GDPR, is beneficial to ensure adherence to legal requirements in marketing initiatives.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus, as this role operates on a global scale.
  • Your excellent social and analytical skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You are proactive in identifying and leveraging new technologies and innovations to enhance customer engagement.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred, further supporting your ability to contribute to our strategic objectives.
