Your Role:
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing two sites at the Mollet campus: the Pharma site focused on manufacturing and packaging core products, and the Chemical manufacturing site specializing in organic chemistry for all sectors of our company.
As the IT & Digital Business Partner at our Mollet Campus, you will serve as the business relationship link between business units and IT within our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships across all functional areas, including business units and external vendors. Your proactive approach will help identify technology risks and opportunities, enabling us to gain a competitive edge while enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of business unit. Collaborating closely with business leadership, you will define opportunities and prioritize projects based on established criteria. In this key role, you will manage Business demands including prioritization, managing the local IT & Digital Project Portfolio, managing IT & Digital roadmaps, heatmaps and IT Strategy.
You will act as a subject matter expert and technology advisor, ensuring that business requirements are clearly specified and prioritized to support effective business case development. Your role will also involve promoting IT and digital services and capabilities, managing small projects that drive IT-related initiatives, and being accountable for the implementation of the digital strategy as supported by the Site Master Plan. Additionally, you will handle financial planning and budgeting, forecast resource capacity, and conduct regular service reviews with business stakeholders. Ultimately, you will oversee medium to large projects or programs following our company's governance, including technical implementation and transition to operations as well as resource planning while ensuring the security and quality of delivered solutions.
Who you are:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Business Partner in a large industry.

Experience leading cross-functional projects in Manufacturing, ideally using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of IT and digital technologies, platforms, and system integration.

Experience in analytics and digitalization projects, including big data and cloud data warehousing.

Knowledge of current IT and data innovation technologies and trends.

Strong analytical skills for assessing digital use cases across platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a diverse, global matrix organization.

Entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-oriented with strategic thinking abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.

Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional Catalan language is a plus.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
