Your Role:

At the intersection of supply chain strategy and data-driven innovation, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape how advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence transform end-to-end supply chain performance. As a Senior Business Process Architect, you will connect supply chain business priorities with data, analytics, technology, and AI capabilities across a broad portfolio of initiatives spanning planning, logistics, performance measurement, and sustainability. Working with independence and authority, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, develop compelling business cases, and drive effective governance across a complex, cross-functional program. You will guide and influence business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams, bridging the gap between strategic intent and measurable delivery. Your expertise will directly shape the direction of supply chain digital transformation, embedding scalable, outcome-driven solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and decision quality across the organization.

Who You Are:

  • You bring substantial professional experience in data and analytics, digital transformation, supply chain transformation, or program and product management, with a degree in supply chain, business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have a proven track record of translating complex business needs into data, analytics, or technology solutions, including the development of roadmaps, business cases, and portfolio governance models.
  • You bring hands on experience with supply chain domains such as planning, logistics, performance management, or sustainability, and understand how data and analytics create value across these areas.
  • You have successfully led the identification, evaluation, and integration of AI enabled solutions within supply chain processes, including assessing data requirements, process impacts, governance considerations, and measurable outcomes.
  • You are skilled at working across business and technical communities, collaborating effectively with product owners, data professionals, architects, and engineering teams to shape requirements, assess feasibility, and define solution options.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, able to influence middle and senior management on technical and strategic topics, and to create decision ready materials for sponsors and governance bodies.
  • You are familiar with cloud and data platform environments and enterprise resource planning systems relevant to supply chain data and analytics contexts.
