Your role: Join us to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. Well-structured, findable and easily accessible data is its core foundation, and we have therefore embarked on a mission to accelerate the provisioning of high-quality data. Your role will be to design, implement and enhance our data architecture as well as data flows, structures and processing. For this, you will work closely with our business stakeholders on a global, regional and local level to optimize the way we gather, structure and provision data. The data products you create will serve a broad variety of reporting, analytics, decision support and (Generative) AI solutions. They will also enable self-service data analytics by a variety of stakeholders and thereby contributing to our organization becoming an increasingly data-driven company.  
In creating these data products, you will be able to leverage an advanced analytics ecosystem build on modern Palantir Foundry, Snowflake and AWS cloud technology and become part of a team of highly skilled experts working on data ingestion, transformation and analysis. You will collaborate closely with the headquarter-based IT team and data & analytics developer teams located in Europe and India. You will be the single point of accountability for scoping, delivery and deployment of your data products.  
 
Who you are:

  • You have a Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a technical focus, or related subjects
  • You have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a data warehouse expert, data architect or data product owner 
  • You have experience in designing complex data models and data flow architectures 
  • You have experience in working with data & analytics solutions such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake and AWS. 
  • You possess a strong drive to think of data products from end-to-end, i.e. from ingestion to data modelling and use case delivery 
  • You have experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales is a plus 
  • You have excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both with business teams and developers 
  • You have experience working in virtual and agile teams
