Your role: An outstanding opportunity has become available for a dynamic Senior IT Program Manager to work within our Digital, Data & Information Technology Team. You will drive Manufacturing execution system (MES) related projects.

You are responsible for the delivery of MES projects on time, budget, and quality with primary coverage for Healthcare Operations. You work as a solution architect for MES, Weighing & Dispense, Batch Record Management and Warehouse Execution. Additionally, you will have full control of IT project costs including PO triggering, checking vendor invoices, correctness of bookings, cost monitoring, and reporting. Maintaining the Project Portfolio Management Tool including cost plan, will be part of your responsibilities. You will align the project plan and IT-related tasks with the business project manager. You will also coordinate all IT-related tasks within the project and act as a single point of contact between the different internal and external IT service delivery units and IT vendors. Your role will also ensure compliance with the system and the project according to our internal policies (e.g., IT security) and external regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11). Regular project status reporting to the IT and Healthcare Operations organization is expected. Proper IT resource planning and staffing, ensuring IT-related project tasks are delivered according to timelines and in the right quality, will also be your responsibility. You will maintain close collaboration with the IT applications manufacturing team to ensure a smooth transition into operations at the end of the project. Moreover, you will ensure the IT system fulfils business requirements, considering the global MES core approach.

Who you are:

• You have an academic Degree in computer or natural science, engineering or business administration.
• You are an experienced project manager (5+ years) with a proven track record of leading, driving and successfully closing IT projects in a complex, global matrix organization.
• You are thoroughly familiar with current manufacturing models and concepts in Healthcare or Life Science.
• You have a proven track record in Pharmaceutical GxP project implementation and validation.
• You have outstanding presentation and communication skills and possess strong capabilities to develop concepts and pragmatically drive their implementation.
• You have a solid foundation in a project management methodology, preferably PMP certification.
• Knowledge of Körber PAS-X software is a plus.
• You have profound experience in working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams as well as a proven ability to lead international teams.
• You can work with minimal supervision and excellent self-management skills
• You are proficient in English. A good level of French is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required
