Your Role: As a Senior Project Manager in our Healthcare Digital, Data & IT R&D team, you will take the lead on medium to complex projects, ensuring their successful end-to-end implementation within the “DDTech - Discovery & Development Technology” function. You will manage up to five projects simultaneously, focusing on meeting timelines and budgets while coordinating with both external vendors and internal teams. Your expertise will guide the project scope, timelines, and budgets, while you ensure compliance with all quality standards. You will actively oversee risk management and maintain communication with all stakeholders, fostering collaboration across project delivery teams. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and innovation in healthcare R&D, allowing you to make a significant impact on the development of cutting-edge solutions. Your ability to build consensus and facilitate decision-making will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of project management in a dynamic environment. Who You Are:

You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, showcasing a proven track record in delivering medium to complex projects.
Your knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GXP and other relevant guidelines, is strong.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build consensus effectively.
Experience in the Pharma R&D domain is essential, with drug development process knowledge considered a plus.
Familiarity with laboratory automation will be advantageous.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus.
A project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
