Votre rôle :

 

Notre équipe de support clients soutient nos clients et notre organisation commerciale (Allemagne, Autriche et Suisse) dans la gestion du processus complet, de la demande de devis à la commande. Nous sommes en contact quotidien avec des clients directs ainsi que des commerciaux. Vous intégrerez une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes dispatchées sur 2 sites principaux : Molsheim (FR) et Taufkirchen (DE)

 

Intégré(e) à l’une de nos équipes, nous serons ravis d’avoir votre support sur les missions suivantes :

  • Gestion de la relation client, par téléphone ou email au sein de l’outil CRM pour répondre au mieux aux demandes et maintenir une haute satisfaction client.
  • Transfert d’appels vers le bon interlocuteur grâce à une bonne compréhension de la structure de l’entreprise.
  • Gestion et traitement des demandes de devis, de commandes, de données clients et fourniture d’informations sur les produits, services et l'état des commandes.
  • Interactions avec les équipes commerciales, les partenaires et les clients
  • Coordination de la documentation ou des échantillons
  • Autres tâches ponctuelles selon les besoins

 

Qui vous êtes : 

 

  • Compétences linguistiques :  allemand, anglais et français
  • Capacité à communiquer dans un environnement multiculturel et de se mettre à la place du client
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, à développer des initiatives personnelles et à prêter attention aux détails
  • Flexibilité et adaptabilité face à des situations changeantes
  • Excellentes compétences en informatique avec expérience sur Microsoft Office (ex: Excel, Word, CRM, etc.)
