Your role:

 

In this role you will be dealing with requests regarding our Life Science, Process Solutions Portfolio.

You are the first point of contact for our internal and external DACH clients regarding order entry and work closely with our sales organization.

 

Your main tasks would be but not limited to:

 

  • Multi-task and efficiently navigate through several systems by placing orders
  • You communicate via E-Mail, CRM System Salesforce, Phone, TEAMS
  • Liaising between our internal stakeholders: sales/account managers, supply chain, quality, distribution, marketing, logistic etc.
  • Support sales in their day-to-day activities
  • Applying pricing policy for our clients / assisting in quotations
  • First point of contact on regulatory questions and provide quality and commercial documentation
  • Check stock availability and shipment status
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Escalate unresolved inquiries and questions

 

Who you are:

 

  • A positive outlook on dealing with our important clients, driven by great sensibility for customer satisfaction
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick apprehension, self-initiative and reliable working attitude
  • Creative, curious, goal oriented and open personality
  • At ease with tools and systems: Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Ability to work in a customer service and sales support department  working in Customer Service or Sales Support
  • Good level in German and English
