Your role:

As Member of the Molsheim Operation Leadership Team and as a leader of the Quality Team (more than 150p), you make sure to collaborate with our Business Partners (Product managers, sales, Marketing R&D, Operations production, Regulatory team…) to embed Quality aspects in their approach and collaborate with our quality teams. You will also define and deploy the strategy set for the organization in terms of material means, human resources and values while working on a 3 to 5 years transformational strategic plan.

You will have several areas of responsibilities related to the Quality system management as well as everything related to the product quality aspects: release, non conformity management, crisis management.

You will also facilitate the plant Continuous Improvement Process through the implementation of appropriate quality reviews and improvement plans, impulse continuous improvement & empowerment culture deployment and initiatives to support operations strategy & road map. You participate to quality hub and Logistics/Operations’ roadmap projects proposal,  Selection and Management.

You will always act as role model demonstrating our values (Courage, Achievement, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Transparency) and Culture in all circumstances.

Who you are:

• An experienced manager with strong leadership, transformational mindset and good communication skills
• 10+ years’ experience as a site Quality Manager/Head of Quality ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industries
• Customer oriented
• Strong team player, enthusiastic, autonomous, able to navigate into multi-disciplinary teams
• Rigorous, analytical, able to make proposals to deal with complex situations
• Pragmatic, reactive, able to create motivating conditions for you and your team
• Able to organize your team in order to reach your organization’s objectives and targets
• Open minded, able to unleash changes as part of your team dynamic and people drive
• You have a Master degree/Engineer (or above ideally) in Life Science domain
• Fluency in English and French. German is a real plus
