Your Role:
As the Operations Technology (OT) Security Expert you will be part of the OT & Digital team. You will work in collaboration with the Sector Cyber Organization to assure the secure operations of a site, protecting against business interruption due to internal and external incidents. You will grow as a Cybersecurity expert. You need to have a very good knowledge in OT systems and communications skills.
The role is also responsible to assure site compliance with the company Standard and procedures. OT Security Expert acts as a site gatekeeper for site investments and changes that impact security. The role is responsible to create cybersecurity culture built-in within site operation.
Who you are:
- Bachelor´s degree in Industrial. Electrical, Automation or related field.
- Experience in Industrial Automation or Digital, taking part of projects for the integration of OT equipment in the IT/OT networks, managing cybersecurity risks and defining and implementing cybersecurity mitigation and remediation actions.
- Experience in a GxP regulated environment, defining functional specifications, SOP’s, and maintaining it updated. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of industry Cybersecurity Standards: ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, Namur, ENISA, BSI. (Desirable)
- Experience in incident management and change management protocols (Desirable)
- Experience on cyber security assessment and/or audits. (Desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills to work with local and global colleagues.
- Good relationship management, working in team spirit and leadership.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
