Yor role: 

 

Act as 1st level of Site Support to manage incidents, changes and implementations related to User Support. Reception of "tickets" from the help desk, Management of hardware incidents and claims to suppliers, support for projects, incidents, changes and infrastructure installations. Work as part of the IT support team for all requests for new hires and employee transfers. Support the global team to resolve incidents related to information technology issues, following up from start to finish. Support all services related to IT equipment life cycle management, such as inventory management and Software licenses, as well as user access management. Provide a positive experience to all users in each contact. Seek the help of different global and regional IT specialists in difficult situations -while still being the owner of the process- at the local level. Management and knowledge of "SAP authorizations" and "SAP Basis". Purchase management. Create and maintain IT documentation, such as policies and procedures.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Bachelor´s degree or advanced students on IT systems engineering or related areas.
  • Proficiency in English language technical level
  • Experience in platform support and uninterrupted IT services.
  • Management of needs, queries, escalations, relationship with key users, management of IT infrastructure and end user services.
  • 3 years of experience supporting laptops, desktop computers, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) including experience with MDM tools such as Airwatch, Intune, Mobile Iron, etc.
  • Certificate (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) and experience with Microsoft SCCM would be a plus
  • 3 years of experience acting as a technology facilitator with direct user contact
  • Experience of working with CISCO, HP networks, Windows Servers
