Your Role:
As a Controlling Analyst, you will have a direct interaction with stakeholders. You are responsible for delivering regular reporting packages and implement relevant update to ensure data quality and reliability, may be involved in adhoc analysis, and in transforming data into information to align with customer requirements. In your role, you will be engaged in various collaborations from simple to complex problem solving. As a “Service Expert”, you are open to change and advocate for continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
• Graduate of Finance/Accounting, preferably CPA. CMA not required but an advantage.
• Experienced in finance operations in local or shared services setting.
• Preferably, at least 5 years focus on business controlling (e.g. financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting).
• Strong proficiency in business analysis and presentation skills, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a solution-driven approach to working.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry and scientific background an advantage.
• Collaborative, assertive, and confident to communicate to all levels in the organization.
• Team player, able to identify potential issues, solution focused and able to collaborate propose solutions and communicate to Stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
• Strong finance and accounting foundation focus on Commercial/ Business Controlling/ FP&A.
• Proficient in ERP and other reporting tools.
• Strong working application knowledge: SAP and/or other ERPs, Business Intelligence and/or Business Objects Finance and advanced Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
• Fluent in business communication in English.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred.
• Ability to manage big data with high focus on reliably and quality.
• Experienced in standardization and harmonization projects, robotics process automation is an advantage.
• Background in project management, quality management and continuous improvement.
