Your Role:

 

Responsible for managing international logistics supply processes from Uruguay in a holistic, efficient and timely manner, managing resources efficiently through a quality service to customers and suppliers, under the required compliance frames.

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

Accountable for the company logistics distribution activities related to ATUSA export markets sales to affiliates and customers. Ensure all shipping and deliveries are made on time and in full, ensure documentation accuracy in timely and compliant manner. Work independently and take ownership, analyze logistic problems, and support implementation of adequate solutions. Resolve any arising problem or complaint related to logistics topics with customers, logistics providers, internal partners.

 

Identify & drive continuous improvement initiatives for area of responsibility and support those of stakeholders as needed. Support management on any reporting, projects, and daily activities within the team. Support processing of complaints and quality deviations and RFT (Right First Time) management.  Development of KPIs to monitor & improve performance, development and control of Business Partners with the purpose of developing strategies that benefit the business. Ensure effective communication with customers and all stakeholders (internal and external) related to any distribution topics.

 

Prepare reports and provide information on the foreign trade processes requested, explanation of expenses, budget preparation, ensure logistics costs efficiency. SAP maintenance activities, ensure back-up activities.

 

 

Who You Are:

 

Grade in Foreign Trade, logistics, supply chain or any similar field of expertise including coordinator capabilities. Leadership competencies and people management skills with the potential to be developed. Result driven working method, autonomous proactive and rigorous, strong customer orientation, effective stakeholder management, project management, business acumen and value chain thinking, team spirit and reliability, resilience and Flexibility, excellent analytical communication and presentation skills, capability to have changes implemented in a fast-changing environment, professional experience in an international and multicultural environment, supply chain and logistics experience and associated knowledge in regulations, good understanding of tax & financial scheme, excellent command of written and spoken English, good knowledge in SAP SD & LE module  and common computer software (Windows, MS office, Outlook.)
