We are seeking a dedicated Market Business Process Expert (BPE) to handle country-specific processes and projects for the Americas region (North America, LATAM) within our GES Employee Services Functional Solutions Organisation. This role ensures alignment with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and adherence to a standardized approach, focusing on simplification, harmonization, and documentation of processes in line with the Company's strategy.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects across the GES ES portfolio and value streams, enhancing local process expertise. Define, align, and implement local GES-ES processes in collaboration with stakeholders, such as Group HR. Monitor relevant local and regional KPIs within the quality management framework. Identify and coordinate continuous process improvements based on customer feedback and benchmark data. Manage and support local and regional projects and initiatives. Translate new HR products and standards into local market specifics, designing to-be processes with stakeholder involvement. Actively support end-to-end process standardization using the BPM toolkit to drive efficiency and quality. Contribute to significant business projects, including M&A and divestiture. Ensure seamless collaboration across all relevant functions. Serve as a strategic enabler and sparring partner for delivery teams, driving process enhancements and innovation.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Academic degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration).
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Experience working in international teams with a proven track record in implementing measurable process improvements.
  • Experience interacting with HR stakeholders at country, regional, and global levels.

 

Job-Specific Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong HR knowledge focusing on various employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent project management and process excellence skills (including process improvement, process mining, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional customer management and international team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (native/C1 level) and market-specific languages.
  • Basic understanding of Finance and IT.
