As part of the Global Business Service organization, MBS Procurement Services aims to develop our capability to better contribute to tactical and operational tasks to achieve a smooth and efficient P2P process for the company and earn the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

 

Your role:

 

Ensure full compliance of Procurement activities with company´s Code of Ethics, Procurement policies and procedures, and local guidelines. Support the entities in their P2P process. Purchase Requisition validation and follow up, purchase order creation and follow up. Responses to inquiries of internal customers and suppliers regarding purchase order status, changes, or cancellations, returns, payment issues and other procurement related concerns. Handling escalations from stakeholders to be responded promptly. Manage invoice receipt and link to purchase orders where required (Brazil). Participate in or lead local projects. Prepare information to support audit and Internal Control System requirements in the Service Center and customer organizations. Prepare and update process documents for the P2P process, in order to ensure compliance with policies and minimize risks. Support other team members in their onboarding and training. Maintains proper interface with internal stakeholders.

 

Who you are:

 

  • College degree: Finance, Administration, Engineering or International Trade background is desired.
  • Advanced level of Portuguese knowledge is required.
  • Intermediate level of English language (verbal, written and listening).
  • Minimum 1-2 years P2P experience and knowledge required.
  • Project participation experience desired.
  • An understanding of S2C, P2P, AP processes is preferred.
  • Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred.
  • Intermidiate knowledge of SAP Purchasing module is desired.
