Job Description: 
This role reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs at the Regulatory Hub in Uruguay and aims to understand and analyze the planning of activities at a regional level, as well as support operational tasks within the area. The planning analyst helps visualize, collect, and analyze relevant information for the area through digital tools using agile and lean methodologies, considering requirements from both the business perspective and the leadership team to achieve desired results.
As a Planning Analyst, you will participate in the diagnosis, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions within the framework of planning, as well as provide support in managing the area by tracking indicators and proposing actions for improvement.


Responsibilities:
 

  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team on strategic planning.
  • Lead improvement projects in the area.
  • Collaborate with leadership in planning and coordinating stakeholders for resource estimation for new projects/activities.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that connect various databases for resource estimation.
  • Utilize agile thinking and design principles to help deliver customized digital solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs.

 

Who you are:
 

  • Advanced student or graduate in Digital Analyst, Data Science, Digital Business, Engineer or related fields.
  • Previous experience in planning is valued.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft application suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) is valued.
  • Previous experience in creating digital dashboards, process automation, and implementing other digital solutions is valued.
  • Advanced English is valued
