As part of the company organization, Source to Contract Services aims to develop our capability to better contribute to tactical and strategic tasks to achieve a smooth and efficient sourcing process for the company and earn the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

•    Lead operational and tactical sourcing initiatives within tail spend with internal business partners for specific functional areas. 
•    Ensure implementation and execution of global sourcing strategies. 
•    Gather and analyze spend in related areas and derive sourcing initiatives.
•    Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships and satisfaction, understanding business requirements as input into enterprise-wide sourcing efforts.
•    Lead supplier selection and recommendation activities including qualitative and quantitative analysis, selection criteria, long and short lists, RFI and RFP/RFQ development and analysis
•    Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and identify potential risks and opportunities. 
•    Manage key relationships with suppliers to ensure the realization of value.
•    Foster teamwork and positive employee relations through regular open communications, problem solving, role modeling and management of relationships.
•    Facilitate sourcing & contracting steps and ensuring appropriate documentation and communication throughout the whole Source to Contract process until contract signature.
•    Execute all activities required to close the sourcing project.
•    Establish and maintain collaborative work environment with the colleagues in to constantly enable and improve the overall process performance.
•    Professional and onboarding support for other team members, including new joiners. 
•    Subject Matter Expert for one or more categories.
•    Propose improvements regarding processes, systems and work of the team plus active support while implementing those solutions.
•    Supporting the PO Sourcing Managers (tactical and strategical) by preparing and running RfX competitive bidding events 
•    Facilitating the sourcing & contracting steps and ensuring appropriate documentation and communication throughout the whole Source to Contract process until contract signature execution of all activities required to close the sourcing project

Who you are

• College degree; Finance, Administration, Engineering or International Trade background is desired.
• 3-5 years working experience related to procurement area in a professional, complex, and international company environment.
• Fluent in English
• Project participation experience desired.
• Ariba Source to Contract is a plus 
• Intermediate knowledge of personal computer, various office software packages especially Microsoft Office software (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate is a plus
