 Your role:

IMPACT: Impacts own team or even closely related teams through the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the team results or even through providing value-added products, services or information that is important to decision making beyond own team. Contributes to financial and resource planning. May even contribute to policy improvement in a general manner. May even handle sensitive issues. Provides training for team members.


COMPLEXITY: Supervises the daily activities of low to medium complexity of larger homogeneous support/service/operations teams. Partially performs the work supervised, but typically focuses on the more complex/complicated topics and on managing the team. Applies technical expertise in the analysis of factual information and may even look beyond the immediate problem and use business acumen to understand the wider implications.


ACCOUNTABILITY/ INDEPENDENCE: Accountable for performance/results of own team by allocating or even coordinating/supervising work as a team leader and by monitoring progress, timeliness, completion and quality. Acts within clear guidelines. Receives guidance and oversight from manager to set team goals and priorities. Helps determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.

 

Who you are:

Requires graduate background plus some to substantial relevant professional experience or secondary education and extensive additional training and qualifications and extensive professional expertise in foundational roles. Also requires substantial experience in supervising a team.
