Your Role:

• Lean & Six Sigma: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Continuous Improvement, together with Team Management
• Maintain and improve site safety and quality standards
• Schedule raw materials and packing materials
• Contribute to site tech transfer projects
• Manage contractual manpower
• Drive efficiency, yield, and productivity improvements
• Produce MIS for site production
• Implement and maintain company standards, SOPs, and ISO requirements
• Keep the site audit-ready at all times (housekeeping, safety, quality)
• Stakeholder management
• Experience in automation
• Strong knowledge of unit operations (distillation, heat transfer, mass transfer, process control automation)
• Knowledge of solvent purification and various purification techniques
• Effective communicator with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset to diagnose problems and support management decisions
• Experience handling various reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification, and characterization of new molecules/APIs
• Experience managing contractual manpower
• Commercial acumen and SAP experience
• Process-oriented

Who You Are:

• A Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a background in Chemical Engineering
