Your role:

  • We are looking for a self-starter Field service Engineer to deliver the desired customer service experience.
  • The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases Business Revenue.
  • Providing service and customer support during field visits.
  • Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and PM visits, IQ/OQ
  • Generation of Service Revenue for Company & support to sales & Marketing team.
  • Delivering highest Service quality levels in Region assigned and Maintain and
      Increase NPS.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and PM visits, IQ/OQ
     Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Follow Document processes through SFDC, Service Max.
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Generation of Service Revenue for Company
     Build positive relationships with customer. Maintain and Increase NPS.
  • Support sales team for Consumables sales and Buyback of old Instruments

Who you are:

  • Proven field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Ability to work flexible and to adapt to changing work environment
  • Familiarity with Digital tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification ( Minimum Diploma Engineer, Degree Engineer preferred )
