We’re looking for a passionate and highly skilled (Senior) Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team. In this field based role, you will drive scientific engagement, support clinical development, and shape our medical strategy within your assigned region. You will serve as a trusted scientific expert, build impactful relationships with KOLs, and play a key role in bringing innovative therapies to patients.

The focus area within Germany for this position in Mid Germany is Rhein/Ruhr, Köln, Gießen/Mainz/Frankfurt, Göttingen/Erfurt, Leipzig, Dresden .


Key responsibilities will include:
•    Serve as a scientific expert to the medical community and facilitate the appropriate exchange of scientific information
•    Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with national, regional, and local KOLs
•    Gather and communicate medical insights to inform strategy and improve patient outcomes
•    Support investigator initiated research as primary liaison
•    Provide scientific support at national and European congresses, advisory boards, and medical programs
•    Lead selected national medical projects and initiatives 
•    Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic, non-academic, and healthcare provider settings
•    Collaborate with Clinical Operations to support trial site identification and patient enrollment
•    Develop and execute territory plans aligned with national and regional medical strategy
•    Partner with HEOR/Market Access to support health economic and outcomes data generation
•    Support Medical Information requests 
•    Assist the Country Medical Director in shaping national KOL engagement and medical plans
•    Mentor new or less experienced MSLs
•    Support onboarding and training of field medical and commercial colleagues
•    Contribute to national and regional medical strategy as a senior team member

Who you are:
•    Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)
•    Minimum 5 years of MSL experience
•    Experience in rare diseases preferred; oncology or neuroscience a plus
•    Strong ability to communicate and present complex scientific information
•    Self driven, collaborative, and comfortable working independently

•   German native level, English fluent
