Your Role


En tu rol como Account Manager,  serás responsable de gestionar el territorio asignado y cumplir con el plan operativo anual. Con más de 1-2 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas o procesos productivos, expandirás la participación de mercado mediante la conversión de clientes y el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades. Proveerás atención técnica y comercial, asegurando relaciones sólidas con los clientes a través de un seguimiento efectivo de cotizaciones, negociaciones y cierre de contratos. Este puesto requiere habilidades excepcionales en comunicación y una fuerte orientación al cliente, así como disponibilidad para viajar localmente y realizar al menos 2 visitas diarias a clientes.


Quien Eres

 

  • Formación académica: QFB (preferido), Ingeniería Química o carrera afín en química.

  • Experiencia en ventas técnicas o procesos productivos.

  • Conocimiento en fabricación de sólidos farmacéuticos, excipientes y formulaciones.

  • Deseable experiencia en procesos biofarmacéuticos y normativas de calidad.

  • Idiomas: Español e inglés funcional.

  • Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, enfoque en el cliente, negociación, organización y autonomía.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar localmente.
